GH Amnesia

The Amnesia was undoubtedly one of the most iconic strains in Amsterdam during the early 90’s. Famous for its high flower yield and potent effect, it has remained to this day a go-to staple for many growers, from beginners to experienced growers in search of strong citrusy flavors and good production. 

It has great vigorous growth, with strong side branches ready to hold weight and heavy flowers. The plant is very resistant to most of the external problems related to growing, such as mold/fungus or pest infections, which is very helpful especially for outdoor growers. 

The flowering will produce a beautiful pine-tree-shaped plant with a compact internodal structure that will allow many flower sites to develop. The flowers of the Amnesia are covered in shining trichomes that will fill the room with citrusy aroma. They become very compact to the touch and will fill the branches with heavy flowers and beautifully shaped conic tops. 

The flavors of the Amnesia are an intense mix of lemony aromas combined with a sort of creaminess that can remind some of freshly pressed olive-oil notes, completed by some light nutty/hazy notes on the inhale. The room will instantly be filled by the smell of the flower burning wherever you are, as it’s a very distinct and potent smell particular to the Amnesia that will last a while in the air and on your palate.

The effects of the Amnesia are a good mix of the Indica head and body buzz, balanced by the uplifting effect of the Sativa heritage. They will come on very quickly and last a while, with a very relaxing effect.
